- 0 Trigger mGBV Send the keyword “report” by SMS to the specified short number, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, ... and trigger the mGBV bot.
- 1 Take action Learn to identify and respond to the different forms of GBV; or file a report on a GBV case by replying to the messages sent by mGBV.
